Sorry, but Twinfinite don't have the graphical analysis tools that Digital Foundry do, so their analysis and comparisons are made from the perception of the eye only - and that's not good enough.
The Tomb Raider exclusivity deal: Xbox One fans love it. PlayStation 4 fans hate it.
Phil Spencer is the man behind it.
4K 60fps is fantastic, but it's so power intensive it will be difficult to achieve this with triple-A games and balance this with an affordable console price. For this moment in time, now, with the TV that I currently own, what I hope the PS4 Pro can offer me is games in 1080p 60fps.
Procedural? Fingers cross this has at least half the playability of No Man's Sky.
This picture is going to sting for for so many people!
double-post
It doesn't have the depth and variety that was promised, but I'm having fun with it.
By that logic the Xbox One was the beta and the XBO S is the final product! Or the PS4 was the beta and the PS4 slim is the final product! The Pro is not a revised product, it offers new power features.
Silly argument used to disguise your console preferences!
Time was also a significant factor when the Xbox 360 launched one year before the PS3. It enabled Microsoft to get a big headstart in the US and key European territories that Sony didn't recover from until near the end of the generation.
The Scorpio will be more powerful than the PS4 Pro but this won't guarantee its sucess. It will release one year later, it will be more expensive and it might squander the extra power by not having Scorpio-only games at launch.

Mods shouldn't allow a click bait article headline that says 'confirmed' when the information is speculation and definitely isn't confirmed.
POLYGON: 'Why Sony is rubbish and why Microsoft is brilliant!'
Love from Polygon - the most bias gaming website in the USA!
I think it will be 3 years before we see the PS5 release in 2019. By then a revised PS4 Slim may be release.
I don't think the PS4 is pointless - but it's not for everyone.
It's a mid-gen console that offers a spec boost for the hardcore gamers that want it, its wrong to expect a new-gen spec after 3 years.
For any other PS4 gamers that don't feel the improvements are big enough, well they don't need to upgrade and their standard PS4 experience is not affected.
The price is reasonable.
I'm not sure if...
It might be because of another company that revealed their revised console at the start of a conference, then at the end revealed their next console!
Sean Murray made a mistake because he hyped 'the centre of the universe' as a feature - but it wasn't so it became a big disappointment! I would have liked to have seen the culmination of an Atlas storyline that takes you to the centre where you discover THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE. Perhaps an ancient god force which reveals the history of everything. Instead we got that nonsense!
My hope is that Sean Murray will go back to this and create an RPG-like quest and ...
Peter Molyneux's face!
The developer is not saying releasing games on PS Plus is wrong. He is saying this website, PSU, was wrong to predict their new game would be on PS Plus as it would deter potential customers from buying the game!
The hate is strong in this one.
Remasters will be good for new players. I can't help but feel it would make more sense to release it BEFORE Mass Effect Andromeda. That way it warms everybody up to series so that ME:A has a bigger audience and gets more sales.
@kiwi66. You misunderstood my point; I'm certainly not basing a buying decision on a solitary Digital Foundry tech test.
You can read a hundred standard reviews anywhere. I'm simply explaining that if a website is going to do a TECHNICAL review and comparison then they need a full technical analysis toolset.
